  Ok!! I have lived Inc NYC for 25 years and have yet to find a company that treat it's customers as well as The Shade Store.. I have had my shades for years and never had a problem and as soon my chain broke from a lot of use. Sharon(the best) immediately send me a new chain and even scheduled a one time customer home help.. Ok.. I could not change myself the chain, I am not very handy..:) But gotta say, this is an investiment that it is worth it ! I am their customers for life now. Besides their merchandise is really the best. When I first purchased I did a lot of research and The Shade Store was and is the best for your windows and now because of my experience with them in my opinion number one for Costumer care! Thanks again!!

  Had a great experience with these guys. Took me months to decide which company I should work with to get my shades made for my new home. I have been to the major shade companies and the sales ppl were never this helpful. Lynn was very helpful from start to finish. It only took them about 10 days to ship us our shades. The installer was also very professional. Initially we were not 100% satisfied with the woven shades because they were about half an inch off of what we ordered. They sent us replacements right away, followed up throughout the process and covered the installation costs. Great quality and customer service! I would def recommend & shop here again!
