We walked in off the street and were greeted by Margo who spent the time to design and draw out the plans for us. Something no other tile store did. She created a comprehensive design and even gave us the contractor discount. All the tile arrived as expected. Our only minor issue was no extra tile was factored into the order. The gentlemen in the warehouse were extremely helpful, discussed some tips in sealing the marble floor and loaded all the materials into our car. We couldn't be happier.
